About the Campaign
Our K-12 Cantonese Language Campaign is dedicated to expanding access to Cantonese education across elementary, junior high, and high schools. We aim to preserve this vibrant language and empower future generations by integrating Cantonese into K-12 curriculums.

Who We Are
We are a multi-campus team of education professionals, policy analysts, and advocates from institutions such as Stanford, SF State, CCSF, UCLA, York University, and National Normal Taiwan University.
Our Goals
- Build a strong community constituency in the Bay Area to champion Cantonese language education.
- Empower teacher leadership to advocate for language preservation.
- Establish a Cantonese bilingual accreditation program for K-12 school teachers at a top-tier university.
Accomplishments
Successfully organized a press conference with Cantonese teachers in SFUSD who faced mistreatment during a separation process. This advocacy led to the rescinding of all pink slips.
